Bus tour gone wrong

Our day started off at Trafalgar square! First, the kids got their picture taken on the lions, then pictures with Picachu followed by popping giant bubbles, and that was all within the first hour of touring around.
After all that we boarded the double decker to bus that took us close to the Tower of London where we had lunch at Wagamama, a delicious Thai restaurant.
Following lunch we walked over to the Tower Bridge and decided to go up and walk across the glad floor. It was really neat looking down at the water and into the Thames.
After that, our sight seeing took a turn for the worse. We planned on getting back on the sight seeing bus and riding it to Shakespeare's Globe Theater but we couldn't find a bus stop so we walked (what seemed like miles). We finally made it to the theater only to find that tour hours were past and there was a play going. Drats! We found a bus and got on it. We ride the bus around and saw Big Ben, St. Paul's Cathedral, the London Eye and a few other things before our bus driver decided he was done driving and left is sitting at a stop for an hour before another driver came, luckily Tessa has fallen asleep and it was ok. After that we decided to travel back to the flat for dinner. It was a long, full day of sightseeing.
