9 Months old

Nathan had his 9 month check up on Monday. The doctor said that he is doing great. He weighs 20lbs and is 27 3/4 inches tall. She was very impressed with how strong Nate is, we attribute that to his love of jumping. Anyway, here are some pictures from the last few days, so you can see how big he is now.
Nathan is so much like his dad! He loves books. He loves to be read to and he loves to play with the books. Here he is playing with one of his favorite stories.

Just cute with my bright blue eyes.
Grandma & Grandpa Rygmyr got a new puppy. I wasn't sure what to think about it. It was so small and fluffy.

So cute and sleepy after church.

Daddy accidentally dropped a pen when he came home. Nathan found it!

Nathan loves to look at himself in the mirror! He even tried "kissing" himself.

Nathan loves the bath. Boris kind of likes it too. He is also getting good at standing by his self. (not pulling himself up yet though).

Pigs & Peaches Festival!

My grandpa and grandma Rygmyr, aunt Kristen, aunt Caitlin and Caitlin's boyfriend Jeff came over tonight. We went to Kennesaw's annual Pigs & Peaches Festival! There was a LOT of delicious BBQ to taste. We enjoyed the music while we ate. Nathan was having so much fun trying to get the leaves off the trees.
Here is a video of him laughing while mommy told him "no". It was hilarious! On the walk home Nathan was falling asleep in his stroller and he started crying, so mommy picked me up and I fell right asleep.

At the beach!

Last Wednesday we went to Proctor Beach at Lake Allatoona in Acworth (it is the closest thing we have to a beach at least). Nathan had lots of fun playing in the sand, until he tried eating it. Here are a couple of pictures of his first sand experience.

Nate has been on a laughing strike for a few months, but recently he has started laughing more and more. Here is a video of him doing his thing. - David

He's doing it!

Nathan is full on crawling now. He has really been working on it this last week, and he has figured it out now. It it so fun to watch him get around now.
