We love game day and our Tigers!

Tessa's first day of pre-k!

Tessa had her first day of school today. She is going to at Walter Johnson High School's early childhood development class four days a week from 12-2:20. She met a lot of new friends and has a great day!

A day at the National Zoo

We took a trip to the zoo with a few friends. This time, we saw a lot more animals than we did last time. The kids were very disappointed that there was no cotton candy, so I made it up to them by buying them slurpees in the way home.

Picture day

Nathan and Anderson were all dressed up for picture day, and Tessa had to dress up also!

Again, going to church right next to the temple has its perks!

And just like that, AJ turns 6!

My sweet little boy had such a simple request for his birthday this year. He wanted to get slurpees from 7-11 and pizza, and play Super Mario 3D world as a family and open presents, and cake!
When the school bus pulled up to let the kids off, they all stayed on the bus and sang Happy birthday to AJ before getting off. It was so sweet! Our boy had a great day!!

Apple picking

Tessa and I went apple picking with a group of friends from the Oak Leaf Club. We had a lot of fun and when we got home, we made applesauce, dehydrated apple slices and yummy apple cobbler!
