15 minutes of fame

I forgot to tell everyone.
Over Memorial Day weekend our friend Keyth came to visit and we went to a Braves game. They were playing the Colorado Rockies, and the Rockies won (because Jeff Francour is a moron!). Anyway, I (Nathan) got on the jumbo-tron! (the giant tv). But I was not as excited as most people are when they get on the jumbo-tron, I was crying because it was so loud. I can't believe that I had my 15 minutes of fame before I was even 6 months old, that's how cool I am!

Half year birthday!

Nathan had his 6 month birthday on Monday! He is getting so big. We went to the doctor today and he weighed in at 17lbs 11oz. and he is 25 1/2 inches long. He had to get some shots today, but he took them like the tough guy he is! Anyway, here are some pictures of him growing up!

Nathan started laughing recently, but refused to do so in front of a camera. Either he relented or we were sneaky, either way, hope you enjoy this as much as we did.

Nathan's best friend!

Nathans newest best friend has finally arrived! Keane Douglas Overton was born in the early morning hours (12:21 a.m.) this morning, (on what I just learned is his daddy's birthday too). I am so happy for my best friend Sherri! And props to her, Keane was 9lbs 6oz.
I can't wait for Keane and Nathan to meet, so I can force them to be best friends!

Eating and Drinking!

Nathan just started eating rice cereal a couple of days ago, and today I gave him a sippy cup for the first time and he did pretty good with it. He really is growing up to fast!

Mothers Day

I had a really great Mother's Day on Sunday! I got a new vacuum and a ice cream maker, I can't wait to make some ice cream. We spent the day with David's family and had a great time.

While my grandpa Anderson was here we went out to dinner for my aunt Caitlin's 17th birthday!
