Kennesaw Elementary had their first fund raiser, and it was a fun run. Nathan called family and asked for pledges, and he earned prizes for every pledge. He was very excited about it. On the day of the run he ran 28 laps (on a 1/16 mile track). Nathan took about five water breaks during the run and was very hot and sweaty afterwards. He had a lot of fun with the whole process.
Next year however, we will just ask family for a flat donation instead of a per lap donation.
