Nathan is playing soccer this Fall with a bunch of friends from school. He is having so much fun with it. He likes playing soccer, but he also really likes just socializing with his friends.
AJ decided that he would like to learn how to play hockey, so we started him in some skating lessons. He isn't to bad at it, and has been passed off to start basic 2 lessons.
Happy happy birthday AJ! I can't believe that you are 7 already! You are such a light and a joy in our home. You are such a peacemaker. We are so blessed to be your parents family!
AJ wanted to have some friends from school over to "eat cake and watch a movie". His request was so simple. We made it a Minecraft theme party and added pizza to the menu, and AJ was so happy!
This year's back to school post is slightly different, this year, all 3 kids are in the same school! Nathan started 4th grade, his teacher is Mrs. Barr. Anderson started 1st grade, his teacher is Mrs. Jadali. and Tessa started Kindergarten, her teacher is Ms. Harris. We are so happy to be at Kensington Parkwood for another year.
In all honesty though, as exciting as it is for all three kids to be heading off to school, mommy is a little bit sad. I am going to miss having a little buddy hanging around with me all day. The house will surely be a lot quieter.
Glad to add, they were all smiles when they got off the bus in the afternoon! Yay!
