Nathan's baptism

Nathan's birthday was on Friday, and on Saturday morning at 10:00 was Nathan's baptism. Nathan had been preparing for this day for a long time. During the Summer he and David would practice baptizing in the swimming​ pool. Nathan was quite nervous, but excited too!
Around 09:00 David and Nathan went to the church to fill the font and find baptismal clothes that fit.  The rest of the family got there a few minutes early to tale a few pictures before. Nathan was SO excited, you could see it on his face.
Aunt Llew gave a great talk on baptism before we went to the baptistry for the ordinance to be performed. They both did a great job ( this was the very first baptism David has done). Nathan came up out of the water and said, "that was fun"! It was cute.  Then, grandma Anderson gave a good talk on the Holy Ghost. Nathan was confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints by his dad. Also in the circle were: grandpa Anderson, Tyler Buttle, Mark Settle and Aaron Jenkins.
I was such a special day, not just for Nathan, but for our whole family. We are so proud of Nathan, he is such a good boy. He already has so many admirable qualities. We are so glad that he is a part of our family!

Nate is 8

Nathan turned 8 today! How?! It seems like not that long ago we were bringing our sweet baby home from the hospital. We love this little guy so much! He has brought so much joy and happiness into our life! He is so smart, he loves to read, he still loves all things Lego and Minecraft. He is looking forward to getting baptized tomorrow morning, and we are so proud of him for making that decision.
We love you Nathan, so much!

We were so lucky to have so many family and friends to celebrate with us.

We're moving!!

Today we got David's acceptance letter to USHUS today! The Rygmyr family is moving to Maryland this Summer! We are SO proud of David and all his hard work! We are so excited to be moving!

Boo boos and kitty's

Tessa feel of the trampoline and cute her lip. She was so sad and crying on the counter, until Boris walked into the kitchen. She wanted to hold him, and that made her very happy. She stopped crying and snuggled up with him.

A friend asked if I could take pictures of her family, and after, I snapped a few of my cute, sweet little ones!

I was able to join Anderson for his Thanksgiving celebration feast at school. While I was there his teachers told me about one of his drawings, so AJ showed it to me. It was a great picture of a submarine (complete with periscope). Great job AJ!

Celebration dinner!

It is official!!!  David recieved a phone call today telling him that he was accepted into medical school at USUHS in Bethesda, MD!!!! The Rygmyr family is moving!!

Way to go David!!! We are SO proud of you!!!
